21 Day Parasite/Biofilm Cleanse

Always use organic whenever possible.
This protocol covers all the bases - parasite/egg die off, biofilm penetration, binders and lymphatic drainage to carry all the dead stuff out of your system.
Most, if not all, illness can be traced to inflammation and parasites. It's not your fault that you haven't heard this before. The lack of education in the US on parasites and how to be rid of them is astonishing until you remember recent discoveries. There's no shame here. The only thing you need to feel right now is proud of yourself for looking into ways to feel better in your body.
The smoothie tastes sweet, sour, and creamy with a little kick. You don't need to add any sweetener.
What you’ll need:
A good blender
A sharp knife or peeler
Supplements - Oil of oregano, Blackseed oil, Pumpkin seed oil (or raw pumpkin seeds)
Castor Oil wrap pack
Lymphatic support/drainage (vibration plate or lymphatic drainage massage)
Smoothie ingredients -
Papaya/papaya seeds
Apple cider vinegar
Probiotic yogurt/kefir
Juice base (celery or a veggie fruit blend is good but be sure there’s no added sugar) (or coconut water base is great too)
A greens/mushroom complex powder with chlorella for a binder (I'm using Whole Earth & Sea Organic Greens)
Pineapple
Mango
Turmeric
Black pepper
Cinnamon
Cayenne
Cucumber
Carrot
Ginger
Banana
Berries of choice (no strawberries)
Lime
When you’ll need it:
Parasites are nocturnal and most active during the full moon, so it’s best to begin your cleanse a day or two before a full moon if possible
Take the supplements at sundown
Take supplements daily for 21 days then take at least 7 days off
Castor Oil wrap your belly at night
Incorporate a pre/pro biotic daily with food after the first week of supplements
Intermittent fast for 16 to 18 hours each day
Drink the smoothie to break your fast
Use the vibration plate daily for 10 minutes on low to medium strength
What you DON’T need:
-Sugar
-Alcohol
-Processed food
-Self judgement
The cleanse will still "work" if you consume these things, you will still experience parasite die off and biofilm penetration. We all have our favorite snacks. However, you're giving those little suckers a chance to eat every time you consume sugar or carbs. You're extending the life span of the ones who survive the supplements/papaya seeds, and you're increasing your inflammation while trying to heal it simultaneously. The good news is you will gradually have less cravings for sweets as the parasites leave your system.
How much and how to prepare the ingredients:
First, cut up the fruit into chunks and freeze it. When you’re ready to make the smoothie…
-200ml of liquid base
-1/2 carrot
-1/2 cucumber (I remove some skin)
-an inch of fresh ginger (no skin)
-1/2 banana
-a small handful of berries
-a small handful of mango/papaya chunks
-a small handful of pineapple chunks
-a couple shakes of turmeric & cayenne
-pink of black pepper
-1 spoonful papaya seeds
-3 spoonfuls of yogurt
-apple cider vinegar to taste (I just pour some in, probably 4 tablespoons or so)
-a serving of greens/mushroom complex powder
Blend until creamy and smooth. 😊
For a PB&J twist you can leave out the pineapple and add a couple spoonfuls of sunflower butter/peanut butter.
